Appointments

Appointments are typically 50-60 minutes long. The initial appointment is sometimes longer, to allow plenty of time to gain a detailed understanding of you and your needs. A thorough initial consultation is important to ensure that subsequent sessions are relevant and helpful to you. This initial session is charged at the same rate as a standard 50-60 minute consultation.

When you attend your first appointment, we will discuss your goals and expectations. In subsequent sessions we will generate a flexible plan that you are comfortable with. Please download the Initial Consultation Pack (if possible) and bring completed forms with you to your first appointment. This will allow us to spend more time with you, and less time on paperwork.
